The hotel is clean, peaceful, and boasts an excellent location right by the beach, close to restaurants and the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to the experience.

Breakfast was very good, good selection. Only thing was that breakfast was until 10 a.m. but if you arrived at 9:30 and there were no more waffles or scrambled eggs they would not bring any more out. so, after a late night we had to try and make it by 9 a.m. to get all the items.

Hotel is basically on the beach, where you can swim or have walk. Easy free parking nearby. Room is good size.

A wonderful experience! The place is located right on a stunning seaside. There is plenty of free parking available. Everything is very modern and clean, including the small spa (pool with and two little saunas). Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options available. The staff we've met across the facility were all the kindest and most helpful. Overally, I'll be very glad to return one day.

Staff courtesy, location and general facilities. Always my first choice at Praia Da Vitoria city. Right across the hotel there's one of the best beaches in the Azores and I know it for sure cause I'm Azorean born.

The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Bacon, eggs, croissants, several cheeses, hams, bread, butter, coffee, tea, cereals, juices, and more; everything was fresh and delicious. The room was also very clean, and the location was perfect. Friendly reception.

the staff were really nice and helped with great tips around and always available. The room was spacious and clean, more than enough for a family of 5.
